  1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 When you access, browse, or create an account, these terms and conditions apply to the Bellmeals app associated with devices such as iPhone, iPad, Android, and any other devices.

1.2 Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our service and explains how we collect, protect, and disclose information that results from your use of the app. By using the app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the app and should contact customer service.

1.3 Bellmeals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1.4 The subscriber or their representative must be present at the specified delivery location to receive the meal. The delivery personnel has the right to deliver the meal to the reception desk or security personnel without returning or waiting for the subscriber if they are not present at the pre-designated location, with no responsibility assumed.

1.5 In the event of a long wait, neglect, or failure to respond and communicate with the delivery personnel, the meal will be considered delivered, and the subscriber will be responsible for the cost of the meal. No compensation or replacement of the meal will be provided.

1.6 Meals are delivered to subscribers fresh and ready to eat. If a subscriber wishes to consume the meal later, they are responsible for storing and maintaining the meal properly, ensuring it is safe and healthy.

1.7 The Bellmeals app is not liable for any health or nutritional damages resulting from improper storage of the meal or issues related to its delivery to the subscriber. The Bellmeals app’s role is limited to delivering meals from restaurants to subscribers through third-party companies. Any complaints or issues with the meals are forwarded to the responsible restaurant, and strict measures are taken to maintain quality, but the Bell Mills app is not responsible for the quality or suitability of the meals.

1.8 If a subscriber receives compensation due to an issue, it will be provided as a credit in the subscriber's app wallet only and will not be transferred to bank accounts.

1.9 Bellmeals disclaims any responsibility for issues that may arise from sharing passwords with others or from misuse.

 

  1. Subscription to the App

2.1 To subscribe to the Bellmeals app, you must provide accurate basic information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address on the registration page.

2.2 You can place an order through the mobile app by selecting the available meals, specifying the delivery time, and choosing the delivery location, whether it is a home address or a work address.

2.3 Bellmeals offers a variety of meals from a carefully selected number of restaurants through weekly, Two weeks , or monthly subscription plans. You will receive your lunch at the pre-specified time.

2.4 Subscribers to Bellmeals receive a username and password, which are chosen by the subscriber themselves.

2.5 The subscriber's "username" is personal and for the subscriber's use only; it should not be shared, written down, or given to another subscriber.

2.6 The password is for the subscriber's use only and should not be shared with others

2.7 Users can change or modify their password at any time.

2.8 Bellmeals disclaims any responsibility for issues that may arise from sharing passwords with others or from misuse.

2.9 If a subscriber forgets their password, they can recover it through the app by selecting the "Forgot Password" button. The app will prompt them to enter a new password and confirm it. After that, the subscriber must click on "Reset Password." The app will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to the registered account, which must be entered again in the app to confirm the subscriber’s details and ensure privacy.

  1. Prices

3.1 The subscription fees for the subscriber vary based on the selected plan and subscription type (weekly, Two weeks, or monthly). The meal prices and package prices will be determined and displayed in the app accordingly.

3.2 The prices of the meals or packages displayed in the app are subject to change or modification at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Bellmeals may offer discounted prices, promotional rates, or incentive discounts, or may restructure pricing for some or all prices or packages, whether they are weekly, Two week, or monthly, either individually or combined, at any time.

3.4 Bellmeals reserves the right to modify, add, delete, extend, or discontinue the displayed prices at its discretion without prior notice.

3.5 The prices displayed in the app are for subscribers only and are exclusive rates designed specifically for them. For companies, events, or gatherings, please use the website www.bellmeals.com, click on the "Business" page, and enter the required information such as company name, contact person’s name, phone number, email, and a description of your request. Then, click "Send." Customer service will contact you as soon as possible for additional information such as the emirate, address, number of people, and to determine the price.

  1. Ordering

4.1 Subscribers can activate a subscription plan from those outlined in the app. Once you select the appropriate plan, you can choose from the list of restaurants specified in the selected plan. You will have the option to activate/submit your order by clicking the "Subscribe" button after selecting the number of days and pre-determined meals.

4.2 Through the Bellmeals app, subscribers can create and specify the days, select the meals offered from various restaurants according to their preference, and schedule the meal deliveries for the chosen time.

4.3 Subscribers are required to enter their personal information as specified in the app and accurately. They must also be present at the pre-designated area and time as detailed in Section 1.4 and 1.5.

  1. Payment

A subscription is considered activated upon payment. The subscriber will be redirected to an authorized external party known as the "Payment Gateway," which is responsible for collecting the fees specified in the subscription plan. The displayed prices do not include taxes, which will be added to the total amount of the subscriber's plan shown in the app. For more information on security, please visit www.bellmeals.com, go to the FAQs section, and then to Security.

5.1 All prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams.

5.2 Payments can be made via credit card or Apple Pay only.

5.3 Cash payments or payments upon delivery are not available.

5.4 We do not store any credit card information. We use encryption protocols that comply with industry standards to protect your data and ensure secure transactions, and we do not retain any details in our system.

5.5 Subscribers are required to pay for the subscription in full before activation or delivery.

5.6 Instalment payments or deferred amounts are not available at this time.

5.7 Payments made using credit cards or Apple Pay through the payment gateway must be made with a card that belongs to the customer themselves. If the card belongs to another person, it must be used legally and with the cardholder’s permission. Bellmeals disclaims any responsibility for misuse.

5.8 Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same subscription.

  1. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is free when completing the subscription process in the app. Bellmeals reserves the right to add, change, modify, or reduce delivery fees at any time at its discretion. Meals are delivered to customers through third-party companies that adhere to Bellmeals strict policies to maintain meal quality and food safety. For any feedback or issues, please contact us through the channels mentioned in the "Contact Us" section (19.1-19.2).

6.2 The delivery times mentioned in the app are approximate, and we strive to deliver within the specified time. As indicated in the app, subscribers can schedule deliveries between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

6.3 After receiving the meal, it is your responsibility to store and maintain the meal safely.

6.4 Currently, we do not deliver meals to all areas. Please use the app to check if you are within the service area.

6.5 The Bellmeals app reserves the right to cancel or stop accepting subscriptions or deliveries in cases including, but not limited to: exceeding the maximum daily subscription limit, unavailability of meals, delivery address (location) being outside the delivery area, or force majeure circumstances such as hurricanes, earthquakes, heavy rain disrupting movement, etc. Please note that we will attempt to deliver your meal as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver your meal, we may cancel the delivery for the affected period and refund the meal's value to your wallet. Please refer to the Refund section (11.3) for more details.

  1. Order Cancellation

7.1 Subscribers have the right to cancel or modify an order before the restaurant accepts the order or at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time. In the case of cancellation or modification, they are eligible for a refund of the subscription amount to the app wallet. For information on refund procedures, please refer to the Refund section (11.1).

7.2 Subscribers do not have the right to cancel or modify an order after the restaurant has accepted it or within 6 hours of the scheduled delivery time. In the event of cancellation, they are not eligible for a refund of the subscription amount.

7.3 If Bellmeals is unable to deliver the meal to the customer due to negligence, inaccuracy of the provided data, or any other related issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any refund.

7.4 According to the terms and conditions, if the customer is eligible for a refund, the subscription amount paid will be returned to the customer's app wallet, where it can be used for future subscriptions unless the customer requests otherwise.

 

7.5 The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription and may take between 7 to 14 business days to return the amount to the customer’s bank account, depending on the processing time and procedures of Bellmeals , the credit card company, or the bank.

  1. Suspending or Freezing Orders

8.1 Subscribers can activate the "Pause" or "Freeze" option for up to two days of their subscription plan. The frozen or suspended days will be compensated within the defined package and price.

  1. Donation

9.1 If you wish to donate a meal, you can do so by donating the meal amount before the restaurant accepts the order. If the restaurant has accepted the order or it is in the delivery process, you can still donate the meal, and we will deliver it to food donation locations.

9.2 Donated meals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

     10.  Cancellation of Subscription

10.1 Subscribers can cancel their subscription or delete their account and all personal data through the app by going to the settings page and selecting "Delete Account," provided they do not have an active subscription for offers or packages.

10.2 If a subscriber wishes to cancel their subscription within the packages offered in the app, they must notify customer service through the app at least 6 hours before the desired cancellation time. The amount will be refunded to the subscriber, deduct the cost of any meals delivered before the cancellation date.

10.3 The price for cancelled packages or meals will be determined based on the type of package and the duration of the subscription.

10.4 According to the terms and conditions, if the customer is eligible for a refund of the subscription amount, it will be credited to the customer's app wallet, where it can be used for future subscriptions. If the customer requests otherwise, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription, and may take between 7 to 14 business days to be returned to the customer’s bank account, depending on the processing time and procedures of Bellmeals, the credit card company, or the bank.

10.5 Bellmeals and its partner restaurants reserve the right to cancel a subscription, either partially or entirely, due to special circumstances or misuse by the user that may cause harm. In such cases, the subscription amount paid by the subscriber will be refunded to their account, and the subscriber will be notified of any decisions, such as temporary or permanent suspension or deletion of the account.Top of Form

10.6 Bellmeals reserves the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions or deliveries for certain periods in specific cases such as holidays, special events, public holidays, Ramadan, or force majeure circumstances. If we are unable to deliver your meal during the affected period, we may cancel the delivery and refund the meal's value to your wallet or return the purchase amount via bank refund. Please refer to the Refund section (11.3) for more details.

 

  1. Refund

11.1 We prioritize subscriber satisfaction. If you are a subscriber and have cancelled your subscription, we will refund the amount paid if no meals have been received, either to the app wallet or, if requested by the subscriber, via bank transfer.

11.2 If meals have been received and you wish to discontinue the subscription, the value of the remaining cancelled subscription days will be determined based on the type of package, and the corresponding fees will be refunded to the subscriber via bank transfer, as previously mentioned in the Cancellation of Orders section (7.4-7.5).

11.3 According to the terms and conditions, if the customer is eligible for a refund of the subscription amount, it will be credited to the customer's app wallet, where it can be used for future subscriptions, unless the customer requests otherwise. If the customer requests a different refund method, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the subscription. This process may take between 7 to 14 business days to return the amount to the customer’s bank account, depending on the processing time and procedures of Bellmeals, the credit card company, or the bank.

  1. Offers and Rewards

12.1 The Bellmeals app offers various promotional deals from time to time through discount codes published on social media platforms and available in the app under the "Offers" section on the payment page.

12.2 Subscriber loyalty can be increased through competitions. By participating and subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions of the competition. Any violation or failure to adhere to these terms may result in cancellation, suspension, or disqualification from the competition. We reserve the right to make decisions related to the event at our sole discretion.

12.3 Subscribers can use reward points by converting them into a direct discount applied within the Bellmeals app.

12.4 Points cannot be redeemed after being converted into a direct discount on the invoice if not used or if the order process is not completed.

12.5 Points or coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfers.

12.6 The sharing, selling, or transferring of points or rewards to any individual, subscriber, or third party is not allowed. Points and rewards may only be used personally by the subscriber. Any subscriber found selling or sharing points or rewards unlawfully will be subject to legal action.

 

  1. Wallet

13.1 The wallet in the app is intended for rewards, points, or compensations for subscribers, and can only be used within the app.

13.2 Rewards, points, or wallet balance in Bellmeals expire 3 months from the date they are received.

13.3 Points, rewards, or balance in the wallet cannot be refunded or reinstated if the subscription is cancelled.

 

  1. Invite Friends

These terms and conditions refer to the Bellmeals app's friend referral program. By participating in this program, users agree to the following terms and conditions:

14.1 Current users (referred to as "subscribers") can invite their friends (referred to as "referees" or "new subscribers") via a designated link or through social media.

14.2 To be eligible for the reward, the referred individual must download the app, create a new account, and successfully complete their first subscription.

Reward Terms:

14.3 The referrer will receive a reward of 500 points upon fulfilling all the conditions mentioned above.

14.4 The referee will also receive a reward of 250 points upon successfully completing their first order.

14.5 Rewards may be provided as account credit in the app or as discounts on future orders.

General Restrictions and Conditions:

14.6 "new subscribers" must be new to the app and have not previously registered.

14.7 Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

14.8 The app reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards or terms at any time without prior notice.

14.9 In case of any form of fraud or misuse, the app reserves the right to cancel the awarded rewards and suspend the accounts of the involved users.

Data Protection:

14.10 Users agree that their personal information may be used in accordance with the app's privacy policy.

14.11 Data related to participation in the rewards program will be collected for the purpose of managing the program and analyzing performance.

Additional Terms:

14.12 Any updates or modifications to the program's terms will be effective immediately upon being published within the app or on the website.

14.13 In case of any disputes related to the program, the decisions made by the app will be final and binding.

 

    15.   Responsibilities of Subscribers and Visitors

15.1 Subscribers or visitors are fully responsible for the data registered within the app, and Bellmeals disclaims any responsibility for such data.

15.2 Subscribers must use the services in the app correctly.

15.3 Tampering with or altering the software in any way within the app or on the website is not permitted. Anyone found to be tampering will be subject to all available legal actions and will be liable for any material and moral damages.

15.4 Subscribers are not allowed to use pseudonyms or addresses that violate public morals or laws.

15.5 Subscribers must respect the customer service staff of Bellmeals and must not harass or threaten them. If such behaviour is proven, the app management has the right to take all legal actions to delete or cancel the subscriber's account without prior notice.

15.6 Subscribers or visitors must protect the information of the Bellmeals app and must not share, copy, transmit, or use any programs that lead to copying the information or ideas presented or services in an unlawful manner. They are fully responsible for any damages, data leaks, information leaks, or any other losses or misuse of the app.

15.7 Subscribers undertake not to use, copy, or transfer the services of the Bellmeals app for any commercial or advertising purposes without obtaining approval from the app management.

16- Intellectual Property Terms and Conditions

Intellectual Property of the App:

16.1 Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and the name "Bellmeals" (referred to as "the app") are the exclusive property of Bellmeals. None of these trademarks may be used without prior written permission.

16.2 Copyright: All copyrights related to the app's content, including texts, graphics, images, designs, software, and code, are owned by Bellmeals. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limited License:

16.3 Usage License: Users are granted a limited license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content or software of the app without explicit permission.

16.4 Software and Components: The app includes software and components proprietary to Bellmeals. Users must comply with these terms as well as the app's terms and conditions.

Prohibited Use:

16.5 Infringement: Users are prohibited from infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the app or any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, using the app’s content for commercial purposes without permission, or copying, modifying, or distributing any of its content.

16.6 Unauthorized Reproduction: Users are prohibited from attempting to replicate, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the app or any of its software. Any attempt to do so will be subject to legal action.

Intellectual Property Protection:

16.7 Reporting Violations: Users should report any potential intellectual property infringement related to the application via the email address info@bellmeals.com available on the app.

16.8 Taking Legal Action: Bellmeals reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any party that infringes on the intellectual property rights related to the application.

 

 

16.9 Updating Terms: The intellectual property terms and conditions may be modified from time to time. Users are advised to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the application after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

17- Modifications

17.1 Bellmeals may modify these terms at any time at its discretion, with the modified terms taking effect immediately upon publication in accordance with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. If you do not accept the modified terms, either in whole or in part, you must cease using the application immediately.

18- Language

18.1 The Bell Meals application provides both English and Arabic languages. In case of any discrepancies or conflicts between the two versions in the application, the English version shall prevail.
